Operations - Project Manager for our Multinational Medical Devices
client based in the Dublin area on an initial **Apply on the

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To Manage Key Supply Chain Projects from Concept through execution.
Ensure full alignment at sector and enterprise level to Global Plan
strategy. Liaise with all key stakeholders when formulating and
communicating the Project Plans. Ensure continually deployment of the
client Plan Portfolio through consistent excellence in project
management
Provide Project leadership to instil trust and influence with key
stakeholders
Provide vision on future steps and influence active engagement
Challenge weak or compromised processes to influence more effective
solutions.
Identify resource gaps and fill in delivering projects
Provide mentoring/coaching support to each member of the Project team
to maximize their contribution and potential
Liaise with Finance on budget reconciliation, CAR preparation and
approval process with GPB (Global Process Board), Ensure continual
tracking and reporting to CAR.
Consistently support the PMO (Project Management office) to
continuously raise the standard of project leadership and upgrade
methodologies.
Ensure projects are reported on in a consistent manner
Embrace Change management and navigate the organization to deploy
changes successfully.

BS in Business, Finance, Logistics or Engineering. MBA in related
fields a plus.
